I can't believe how timely this post is. I used this very same plan a few years ago to get myself running. I started it again in early 2007 so that I could run the Fargo 5K only to discover I was pregnant and too sick to do anything let alone get on my treadmill. I've been trying to get motivated to retrain to run my first 5K and you just did it for me. Thanks, Casey! =) Oh my word. I can’t believe how timely this post is.
